As a specialist in building brands, Tim focuses on the strategic, conceptual, and visual development of a brand, crafting experiences that bring that to life. Most recently directing the rebrand of Brand Experience at Genesys, he spearheaded a global brand refresh to revitalize the company's identity and position it for future growth in the B2B and Agentic AI space. Prior to this, he was Head of Brand Experience and Creative at Google, where he led and contributed to the launch and establishment of Google’s hardware, gaming, and Fiber divisions.
Throughout his career, Tim has shaped initiatives for clients including Harley-Davidson, Coke, GE, eBay, Charles Schwab, and YouTube. Before his time at Google, he was a Creative Director at AKQA, leading their first Agency of Record relationship with Autodesk, and spent seven formative years at VSA Partners in Chicago. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and The Creative Circus.
Tim’s work has been recognized by AIGA, ID Magazine, The One Show, D&AD, Graphis, and ReBrand, among others. In addition, it was selected for inclusion in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress. A member of the AIGA and the One Club, he has also served the Advisory Board of The Creative Circus since 2005 and juried multiple design competitions – including the One Show.
